When the 2023-2024 session continues, we will provide updates about bills that remove barriers to opportunity so you can advocate for change.

Have a criminal record? Having a record shouldn’t stop you from having a voice and advocating for change. You never lose your ability to vote over a misdemeanor, and for felony offenses, your right to vote is automatically restored when your sentence is complete – you just need to re-register.
